All donations made through this platform will be used to support Ariya Vihara’s ongoing efforts to build and establish its own dedicated space for Dhamma practice, community gatherings, and related spiritual development. - Voluntary Contribution
Donations are made voluntarily. Ariya Vihara is a non-profit initiative, and contributions are solely intended to support its mission and development. - Use of Funds
Funds will be managed responsibly and allocated towards construction, interior works, facilities, access roads, renovation, operational costs, and any other purposes aligned with Ariya Vihara’s stated mission. - Personal Data Protection

We will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes stated above or as required by applicable laws. By making a donation, you consent to Ariya Vihara collecting, using, and storing your personal data (including your name, contact details, and donation records) for the following purposes:- Processing and acknowledging your donation.

- Receipts and Acknowledgment
A confirmation and receipt of your donation will be issued to the email address provided with the exception of anonymous donations. If you do not receive a receipt, please contact us at info@ariyavihara.org. - Changes to Terms
